Frequently asked questions

What is import export data?
It is a record of goods crossing borders, drawn from bill-of-lading and customs filings. Each shipment shows the importing and exporting companies, the product and HS code, ports, quantities and values — so you can see who trades what, with whom, and how much.
Which countries do you cover?
200+ countries. Around 140 are available as ready-to-download datasets. The rest we prepare as a custom extract to order, with a free sample first.
What years does the data cover?
2010 – 2026, for both imports and exports.
Do records include company contact details?
Yes — the paid dataset names the importer and exporter with address, phone, email and website where available, so you can build verified buyer and supplier lists.
How is the data delivered?
As clean Excel / CSV by email or download link, shortly after your order is confirmed. It is a one-time purchase — no subscription.
Can I get a free sample?
Yes. Request a free sample of any dataset to inspect the exact fields and quality before you buy.
Can you build a custom extract?
Absolutely — tell us the product, HS code, trade flow, ports or date range and we prepare a dataset to your specification.
How do I pay?
Place your order request and we email a secure payment link. Once payment is confirmed we deliver the data.
