This policy explains what CargoDataHub collects and how we use it.

Information we collect

When you request a sample, contact us, or place an order, we collect the details you provide — name, email, phone, company and your message. We also record basic, non-identifying analytics (pages viewed, referrer, approximate device) to improve the site.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry, prepare and deliver your data, process your order, and — only if you opt in — send occasional updates. We do not sell your personal contact details.

Payments

Payments are processed by our third-party payment partner, Razorpay. When you pay, your card / banking details are collected and processed directly by Razorpay under their own security and privacy terms — CargoDataHub does not receive or store your full card number, CVV or banking credentials. We retain only the order reference, amount and status needed to fulfil your order and for accounting.

Cookies & analytics

We use privacy-respecting analytics and, where enabled, advertising measurement tags to understand traffic and campaign performance. You can control cookies in your browser settings.

Data retention & security

We keep enquiry and order records only as long as needed for the service and legal obligations, and protect them with reasonable technical measures.
