Delivery Policy

CargoDataHub sells digital data products. There is no physical shipment — every order is delivered electronically, so there are no shipping charges and no courier involved.

How we deliver

Datasets are delivered as clean Excel / CSV files, sent to the email address on your order and/or as a secure download link.

Delivery timing

• Ready datasets (single-country and package products): delivered promptly after your payment is confirmed — typically within a few hours and up to 1 business day.
• Custom extracts (bespoke HS code, port, supplier or date-range requests): delivered within the timeframe we quote when confirming your order, usually 1–3 business days depending on scope.

If you don't receive your data

If your file hasn't arrived within the expected time, please:

• check your spam / promotions folder and confirm the email address on your order was correct, then
• email us at [email protected] with your order reference and we will re-send immediately.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by our payment partner Razorpay. Delivery begins once payment is confirmed. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy and Terms of Service for more.
